The ideal education professional will be a high-calibre teacher of Science, looking to move into specialist provision where they can have a more profound impact on the outcomes of learners in their care. You will have a team of Pastoral/Behaviour Mentors supporting you, which means you can focus on the teaching of high-quality lessons which benefit and engage your learners. Facilities and equipment in our centres are excellent - and our students sit GCSE exams which enable them to access Further Education after completion of Year 11. Students also have access to Work Experience placements during their time with our client, which provides an exciting variety of theory and practical learning for them to partake in.

Our Centres are modern, vibrant facilities with excellent equipment and will host up to 30 students on our roll at any one time; however, many of these will be on work placements during the week. Class sizes are small which ensures a high-quality approach to teaching and learning is essential to succeed. Again, this is a perfect opportunity for an Science Teacher who wants to make a real difference to troubled young learners, and secure a position in a forward-thinking company who are making great waves in the Alternative Provision domain. For truly ambitious education professionals, as the organisation grows, there will be management positions available.

You will be supported by a management team of three School Leaders with a national reputation for the implementation of Alternative Provision programmes; including an extremely well respected NPQH holder who is highly regarded by OfSTED for their work in turning around the fortunes of a failing school.

To be considered for this role (ASAP or January 2020 start); you must meet the following criteria:
